Articulate 360 : My go-to authoring tool has always been Articulate Storyline—it’s a total game-changer. The ease of use and unmatched versatility make it stand out from the crowd. For quick, agile training projects, Articulate Rise is my favorite. It’s perfect for fast turnarounds, especially when I don’t need to include voiceovers. And let’s not forget the rest of the Articulate suite—it’s packed with tools that elevate the entire experience. With the addition of AI, Articulate is on another level right now. Honestly, it feels unstoppable!

Second in the running would be Adobe Captivate. I will say that Captivate has made tremendous updates, but it is still not favorite authoring tool. If I had to switch it would be because I am completely transitioning to all Adobe Products. Still a great product just a steeper learning curve in my opinion.

There are other authoring tools available that may not be as robust but are still great choices if your eLearning project requires less interactivity. They’ll get the job done efficiently!
